Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BreezyCut mobile application, website and related services, operated by Astrolab Enterprises ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing or using BreezyCut, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use BreezyCut. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything done with your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

BreezyCut lets clients discover verified barbershops near them on a live map, book appointments, and receive confirmations and reminders. It also lets barbershops manage their booking queue and appear to nearby clients after verification.

Barbershops pay a subscription fee of 2,500 DZD per month to be listed and use the queue features. Payment is made by a BaridiMob transfer outside the app; the barbershop uploads a photo of the receipt in the app, and our team reviews and approves it — usually within minutes.

The subscription starts once the receipt is approved and renews monthly. You can cancel at any time in the app; the subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. There are no automatic card charges — every payment is confirmed manually from your receipt.

Refunds are considered case by case for genuine service issues (for example a double charge). Refunds are not given for bookings missed by the client.

When you book a slot, you commit to showing up or cancelling in good time so the barber can offer the slot to someone else. Treat barbers and other users with respect. Harassment, discrimination and abusive behaviour are grounds for account closure.

You agree not to: create fake or duplicate accounts; use another person's identity or documents; misuse the verification process; spam, harass or defraud other users; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; reverse engineer, decompile or copy the app; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Every barbershop must upload genuine official documents (ID, commerce registration) before going live. Our team reviews every submission. Submitting false or stolen documents is a serious breach and leads to immediate termination of the account.

The BreezyCut name, logo, design, and all content in the app and on this website belong to Astrolab Enterprises. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own bookings or barbershop business. You may not copy, modify, distribute or resell any part of the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantee that BreezyCut will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure at all times, and we are not responsible for the services provided by barbershops listed in the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrolab Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount of subscription fees you paid to us in the three months before the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or if continued access would risk the safety of other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised, and significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of BreezyCut after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any dispute arising from the use of BreezyCut will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Algerian courts.
